Just sat in a nice cold bath for about ten minutes 
This weather causes me to sweat a lot (I have a genetic problem which makes me sweat three times more than usual

I had to have a nice cold bath yesterday (or was it Monday?) because it was just far too hot and I couldn't cope at all! I think it was also the night where I couldn't sleep for more than 4 hours...

I'm in Dubai right now. It's not even the real temperature peak here and its FREAKING 41 DEGREES
Its too hot to even go to the beach and around here you can't wear skimpy clothes
